I believe its an example of the game (ex: how villagers look like, movements, etc.) but its really not part of the game.
Um...I don't think so. I checked it myself and its called a lab. and why would they waste time on all that just to show us what the movements look like? Besides, some of the pictures are in the video. And they only showed a quarter of the map in the video so I'm pretty sure its in the game.
