Laurence, I do not think that is at all what we were trying to say.
As an author, it is very flattering when someone shows appreciation for a story by telling the author the story is great and to please post more.

I think what is being said here, is please don't carry it to extremes. As an example, the story Robert1220 is writing about Agent LadyCFII, Is, in my opinion, a delightful tale which I'm trying to follow. The problem is, there are often 3 or more pages of more please more please posts over and over and ov(ok you get the point) often by the same people! This makes it very difficult to follow the story, because then you have to wade through all of that to see if the author did indeed post more, or if it was just more begging by the crowd.

//side note: This is probably one reason I'm NOT an administrator here. If I were, I would likely go in and delete all those trivial posts that serve no purpose other than to boost post counts and clutter the thread! //
