No, I don't think they will post decimal percentages. I suspect that the next update we see will be when they announce 100% and release the game.

p.s. You should note that there are already several active threads on this, and related, subjects. I say this, because they may lock this one to keep it from growing. If that happens, please don't get upset, just realize they're trying to maintain control here.
