I actually play VV2 quite a bit, but I thought this was so exciting and cool, I had to share it with everyone. My son and I bought a few pregnant guppies Saturday morning (and all the breeding tools to go along with) and Saturday night he came running to get me to tell me one of our mommies was having babies. So we put her into the breeding cage and were able to save 15 of the fry. So now he and I are the proud "parents" of our mommies 15 babies. They made it thru the weekend and are doing well. They are really cute with huge appetites. Thanks for letting me post my exciting news and sharing it with fellow fish lovers. If I can figure out how to post pictures of them, I will try to get some pics up. Right now maybe too early since they are only about 1/4 of an inch (or slightly bigger) and they have under developed fan tails and no real color yet. Good luck with your little fry and thanks again! So now we have 27 fry and 1 more pregnant mommy. The first batch is doing well and so far the second seems to be doing great too. It's amazing where the little guys hide to survive. They hide in the gravel, plants, behind the heater etc... We keep putting the wrong mommies in the breeders only to find out the other mommy is having her babies first. I'll keep you posted and try to get someone to help me post pics. Thanks Lucas and BunnyLover. I appreciate the good thoughts! We are first time "parents" so we are (unfortunately) learning as we go. Fortunately, we are having success at the babies surviving! Linda
