I hate to say this, but if you got the GC to make babies, it is indeed a glitch in your game (yes, I double checked to make sure).

When the GC first appears, you can lead him to solve some of the puzzles, but after those are done, all he will do is heal and make berries and or food.

i think it must be the online version - is it?

So Neon, Just HOW!?? and be specific! LOL cause WE ALL have tried, obviously, and as any 5 year old, he does as he pleases, so if you have a secret, Please Share with the class! And did you bring enough cookies for everyone? LOL

You can't get that far in the online version, actually.

Why, I haven't played the Online one but how does it suddenly pop up and say..TRIAL VERSION! YOU CANNOT PLAY MORE! LOL!

ok i just found out how i did it if u get the golden child b4 the garden he'll do resurch farming and breading and a little work but thats it oh and all who posted on this topic u all get 10000 cookies

If you got the GC before you got the garden then you must have used a cheat. Why would you want to take all the fun out of the game with a cheat?

Pookie 9 I didn't use a cheat? I simply had all my tech, spiritualiy,farming,health,fertility,&construction,Idol built, and ruin's finished, just hadent spent the "Hour" it takes to finish the garden", before my Golden Child was born.

Kitten, Pookie was not addressing you. That reply was to the person who started this thread, so you should not have taken it personally.

Many people refer to the farm as the garden, so the whole thing is a bit ambiguous. It's unlikely that anyone could get as far as the GC without the farm (although I suppose it's possible if they're good mushroom hunters), but the flower garden isn't necessary for any other puzzle.

Lady, did you forget the gtroup of butterflies, or was that the puzzle you were addressing?

OK I double checked!! Triple checked!! I was the only one that posted "received GC before field was completed, and he watered it" so I know you just want to keep the peace, but you can't deny I was the one who said that about the field, everyone else just asked "What"? I'm not trying to cause trouble but she called me a "Cheat" and I was just sharing something I thought was very Kewl. I will drop it now. "Garden, Field" I know they are the same, she meant me, that's all I was saying.

And, yes, Halidog, I did forget about the butterflies - it's been a long time since we released VV1, and I'm so consumed with VV3 right now that I didn't take the time to check.

I just played the christmas mod of VV 1, I've never had the Golden Child before I finished the Garden, I dropped him in the feild, and low and behold! He Watered the Feild! Was Hysterical! didn't know he would do things you asked of him, Too Funny! And I played the Thanksgiving mod of VV1 good Lord! was so funny, I laughed out loud! Thanks for the Kewl Mods All! Their the Bee's Knee's If anyone has funny story's about their Golden Child I would love to read them. Thanks LDW!

No I don't think pookie's a mind reader, just a post reader, and as you see... I posted this long before she made that comment... OK???? you edited it yourself Lady... so you see? I was the only one referring to the GC & (Feild/Garden) so you see why I believe she called me a "cheat"

Kitten, you can't assume that everyone here reads every post in the forum. Most people read only a very small percentage of all the posts. You have to keep in mind that Pookie replied directly to neonkid, before you posted anything about the GC and the field in this thread. You should give other people the benefit of the doubt that you expect others to give you.

(SPOILER!!!) I was able to get the Golden Child before I did the (Garden/Field) and the GC watered the field/garden untill it grew... that's the most work I could get my GC to do...

I do see that you've stated that I specifically wrote this to you in both this forum and in the General forum here.

I also remember the thread you started about people attacking/being unkind to you when there was no attack, or even people being unkind to you.

LadyCFII is correct in her response concerning the garden. It was the farm garden that I was speaking of. She is also correct that I was not responding to you.

My post of the GC watering the garden was well before NK, and you still called one of us a CHEAT! is that acceptable? is that kind? does that follow the rules of the forum? You know what you said was mean, but Lady sticks up for you so be it...I wont ever say a word again... but calling someone a cheat IS a big deal, even if the Admins don't think so, it is Attacking someones character.

Saying that someone used a cheat (which a lot of people do regularly) and calling someone a cheater are two different things. This has been blown way out of proportion, and I'm locking this thread.
