Just in case anyone has difficulties trying to add themselves to their watched users list as SP did, here are some simple instructions.

Go to one of your posts. Click on your name on that post. It will give you the opportunity to add yourself to a watch list. Once you click add this user to your watched list, go to My Stuff, click My Watchlists, then click on Watched Users. If you have more than one watched user, you can sort by user.
