i think the nursing mothers should get pregnant for a while, like i said earlier, and when they have the baby they could give the father some time with him/her while the mother works and gets her skills up a bit, and they can switch until the kid can run around, but it's too late for suggestions now, so maybe for VV4. (hopefully there is a VV4 in the future!)
