I think the game will be released in early April. If the game (REMEMBER I'M SAYING IF) is given to testers in late February/early March; it would give Arthur and staff time to work out any bugs or glitches in it. And, if there needs to be several versions of the beta; it would be a cleaned up version available to purchase.

Heck, I'd rather have the game come out later rather than something that needs more fine tuning.
