I agree that 5,000 tech points to change a villager's outfit is a bit steep. Maybe 1,000 tech points would be better. I think it would be cool if we could use (a small amount say 500)tech points to change the color of a villager's hair if we wanted (including odd colors like blue, pink, purple, green, etc) and maybe even the hairstyles.
