How do all of you get pictures on the side with yur name.

The pictures are called avatars, and if you look at the top of the forums, under the banner, there is a link called "My Stuff". When you click on it, there is a drop list of links, and if you choose "My Profile", at the bottom of the page that comes up there is a space where you can upload a picture or choose one that's already on the forums.
