They should definantly not have mechanic technology. It's supposed to be a primitive island. Unless you're thinking of things like pulleys or terracing land or dams or that sort of thing. Those are cool. And they shouldn't build music halls. They can just play instruments outside and classical music is dorky, if that's what you wanted a hall for.
