im quite new to the game and just started a few people in construction and cleaning up the beach and researching. And also a berrie picker lol. But were do i start a person for healing, were on the map.

You might find it helpful to use the tutorial - at least for one game - as it points you in the right direction without giving too much away.

Healing is started by studying the cactus-looking thing at the top of the screen. However, if a villager gets sick, you can just drag another villager onto them and they'll eventually get the point.
