i think animals would look weird in vv games. they have only birds, raise some birds. but rwally think, imagine the animals on Isola. I personally think they would look ugly in the graphics.

you know that some people suggested warriors and wars. isn't Isola ABANDONED and these villagers are trying to survive and stuff. there is no time for violence when you re busy trying to survive. Are the people who are making these games getting this?

I'm new here, and to the games (which I love!) but I had a few suggestions. I do realize the game is very late in its stages and suggestions at this point are probably not going to get implemented, but since I was new to the game, I figured I'd give it a shot anyway, since suggestions and ideas never hurt. \:\)

I do find that there's little for the children to do (pick up collections) and they are just screen fodder for the most part until they turn 14. I find myself wishing time would just pass already so I could get them trained in their skills!

But, as in real life, the children should have some kind of 'relationship' skill. Children play together - this should raise the skill. You could initiate the child's play (dropping children onto children, only works until age 13, and people age 14+ don't have any effect on them.) These skills, too, can effect things later - reclusive children (those who never played with other children) obviously wouldn't make good doctors, since they don't really do well around other people. But children who were very active would maybe get a boost to any skill that required being around other people, and maybe a boost to parenting skills later.

Another thing I've found is that when I have builders that are only at adept, and all my housing is built, there's nothing for them to raise their skill on! Unless I want to increase the population and force them to build additional housing. (I think this starts at 13 people? 14 people?) That was kind of annoying. It would be nice if builders could upgrade existing housing - add a porch or something (I know, it's a tropical island...) or I love the idea of having island events like hurricanes or high winds that would damage existing structures, forcing repair.

The whole mating thing is just kinda weird...into the house you go, out comes the dad (often just running on back to his duties) and mom with a little bundle. It would be interesting if they actually came out pregnant (ok, so SOME time advancement...) and were only able to do light work for a short period of time before giving birth. 2 years is a long time to be without that one person. I also agree that the mothers should be able to do SOMEthing during the time when they are nursing and caring for the infant - maybe cooking? Let the dad gather the ingredients while the mother cooks. Cooking skill could be something else implemented. (so many ideas!) So, if the father is dropped on to a mother who is caring for an infant, they would automatically go foraging or whatever, to bring back food to be prepared/cooked - much like the cauldron/stew works.

Ok, I think that's enough for today. :P

I think you should be able to put babies in a little public
place in the village where a well trained villager could look
after them. You could also build a boat to get better food and
building things-that could be one of the puzzles.

They could be taught by telling others what to do,relaxing,
eating the special stuff,[If farmers find special food they
could seperate them from normal food.]

I think there could be some naughty kids in the game.Like,
shouting at the other kids and messing things up.
So Mum and Dad tell him off and send him to the naughty hut.
Ha ha!

I need seasons a celebrations. Hmmm, maybe the island could
contain something that other people want and will try to take
away!

I find the title of VV3 quite odd: The Secret City. Is it supposed to be a village or a city??? \:\?

I hope to see a fishing net in the new game. They could gain more food, as well as points. Just a thought!

I saw the typo in the Name of the new game as well.....It seems, they overcame the village, and have become so advanced, they are naming it the CITY?? Ok, now what gives.

I don't think they should do that. These villagers have rights to like and dislike whatever they please. Nobody tells you what to like or dislike. \:\/
