I stuck him on the hut, I stuck him on the dam, (repeatedly) for about 30 minutes each time. His builder "bar" hasn't gone up even a little bit. So, I put him on Research. Three tries, and he got it. Then I put him on Farming. Again, just a few tries, and no problems. Why will my little villager not build?
