Master builder is required for puzzle 12. Please see this post if you need help with the puzzles.

You need to have level of a Village Tech that would allow your villagers to bury their dead. Once they have that technology, drag one of your villagers around the island and look for a nice place for a graveyard.

You need to drag one of your villagers to the graveyard. you have to have the right tech
