I thought I noticed this a time or two in the past but now I'm sure since I've got a small tribe with only 2 child bearing aged females.

I just turned on the tribe and I've got a 19 year old mother who is 57 minutes from being done nursing (on 2x speed). That's fine, but she's also got a 5 year old daughter and a 3 year old daughter. That would have made her 14 and 16 when they were conceived and we all know that NEVER happens on Isola. There were no events or gong activities that shrank anyone's age, nor did anyone "change places" with anyone else.

By the way this is not a bad thing since I'm trying to increase the population and keep this long old tribe going but thought I'd mention it!

Births that occur when the game is off are calculated differently from what happens when the game is on. That's just how it works. There's a lot of discussion about it in both the VV1 and VV2 forums, most of it negative.

This is a weird thing that happened in my game.... a 7 year old became an apprentice, and it says his mom was Yucca who died like 100 hours before that i think its a glitch...

ohh and it says hes a trainie parent...

That sounds like either he "switched places" with someone or was "granted youth" by the gong. Switching happens with some events (drink this or don't drink this, villager is not himself type things).
