"Construction" it's in VV1, in VV2 it's called "Engineering"! It's closed and I also call it often with the word construction
But I suppose it's because there is not only in constructing that you get some building skills!
And, I agree with Arnie, the level 2 of Engineering is easy and very important at the beginning!
