I think I need to say...I LOVE VV2!I wish I could actually look through the villagers eyes and maybe even walk around in their body!A cool feature, yeah.Oh and I wish they would really talk properly.I want a puzzle that makes a master scientist create a few drums so if you drop villagers to the drums you open a mini-game which lets you press the space bar if you want a middle hit or enter if you want side hit on the drums. Then if u save u can put it on the options menu!

Thanks! I know how many posts! I don't visit here every day, so I just didn't want to offend anyone who might be thinking the same thing.
I am counting down to VV3!! Very excited to see what will be new.

I really hope the game has mirrages. I don't know if this ahs been posted yet, but I think there be feeling guages, like, attraction to somebody, what skill they want to do, ect. I just thought that would be cool so you could tottally satistfy your villagers instead of throwing them into something that may not want to to.

I've been watching the threads a bit, and I have a suggestion or 3 for VV3 (after all it's only 95% done-sigh).
In many cultures the young children are monitored by the elderly while they do some kind of work that allows them to keep an eye on many young. Weaving mats, etc while telling the kids stories, walking them around and pointing out dangers and things to do (like finding game pieces). The elderly should gain some points for this and also the children.
I'd like to see the children learn to find bonus pieces on their own after a certain age - like 6- if they've been assisted in finding them by older kids/elders.
I also would like to see the pregnant women contributing a bit more and gaining more points; keeping the fire, collecting stew bits, etc.
And (finally), I'd like to be able to keep the fire going for a long time (I check in daily usually on VV1 & VV2, but going away for a week or 2 I have to suspend their lives and it feels like I'm killing them!). Once all technology has been purchased, could we use it for more fire? At least it beats keeping the techology going for no reason other than keeping people busy!
Kudos to LDW! Impatiently awaiting VV3

Maybe there could be some new "jobs" for the villagers...such as Nanny- who could take care of children or musician who could teach musical skills and make "instruments" out of things found and use this as entertainment for the villagers. And what about an elder who could pass on skills before he dies to someone who has X number of skills or finds some "magical" item? Just some additional challenges....!

Ooh my gosh ! ! ! =D The metter bar is at 95 ! woohoo , i can't wait lol. bet it's gona be fun XD I wish it would hurry up tho , tee-hee, lol i keep chekin it almost every day, XP well not every day, that would just be screepy. But what i like that sounds the best out of all the comments is having a day and night, and having the farmers able to have there own cattle and rais live stalk no only eat fish and plants but able to eat the animals and get suplies from them like milking a goat or eggs from some sort of rare island chiken lol.

I think it would be great if when we rename the villagers, that the name goes into the name file of possible names for our villagers game...i.e., once you rename a villager, the name will be saved in a file and will eventually pop up again. Also, once a game is completed, it would be great if the villagers had more of a variety of things to keep them busy!

If we're doing clothing this time, I'd appreciate being able to keep certain outfits out of the "general population" realm. I dress my elders entirely in white and sooner or later kids start popping up in the white, too!
Domesticated wildlife, yes. A "gift crate" of some seeds, yes. I missed the coconuts in VV2! Weather, absolutely (can you fit so many in those huts??).
Can we have some additional geneology tracking, and more DNA similar results (I like the long haired girls in VV2 & the pink dreads in VV1 but can't keep it going!)? Although I dislike the idea of bars over everyone's head (didn't Sprint do that commercial?).
