And why do the healers become so lazy once they become adept? I think thats because in VV1, doctors were obsessed with the medical cactus and would eat, rest, do laundry with, etc to the cactus i had pictures of my doctors doing that in one of these forums!

I don't know if this is posted, but I've not seen it either... most everyone's complaints are about when women have kids... well here's my suggestion. Why not have the females carry the babies on their backs and still work! Indians did it, other countries do it... why can't the villagers?

VV3 Suggestions: My grandson & I loved these challenges! 1)It would be cool if the VV3 found a cave, waterfall, or an opening linking them with VV1 & 2 islanders & move from place to place. These could be 2 puzzels to be solved. 2)Loved the flexibility of VV2 & know that VV3 will be better. 3)Nursing mothers should be good for more than sitting around for 2 years. Come on, MOST mothers do all the work even when caring for baby! 4)PLEASE make the primitave clothes more affordable - 5,000 points for a limited supply of rags? 5)Population should be unlimited once all puzzels are mastered. 6)Villagers don't actually 'live' in the hut's anyway. Let some build (& maybe break down) camps & tents when needed, or, when housing runs out. Once all building is complete, it's hard to get new Master Builders. This way they always hav something to build. 7)It's hard to get Master Healers & Parents without repeatedly placing them on their 'mark.' Most healers tend to wander around doing nothing. Hope you can be creative here! 8)Add new food sources to EXISTING in VV2 like bananas, berries, grapevines, fruit trees, rabbits-chickens/stew, and eggs. 9)Actually USE the hospital, sewing hut; maybe an open air 'store' to buy & trade. 10)Villagers can make pottery & clothing to sell/trade. 11)Kids should be trained to find things on their own even though they don't earn skills until 14. Men could also teach boys to fish & hunt. Ladies could work with girls. 12)It was good to 'call'kids out of the way in VV1. Let there be real school time with teachers (hey, that's another skill!) so those little rascals are out of the way for a while.-Maybe they even need bedtime! I would also ask that spirituality be put to use, but realize many players aren't spiritual-too bad! Maybe this could be optional. Thanks for the ear. I can't wait for VV3!!!

I have a few suggestions of my own (shocking isn't it?)
There has always been an uproar over the nursing mothers just sitting about. It is well established that they cannot work, and well they shouldn't, because it adds a level of difficulty to the game and makes you consider your strategy early on. What if the nursing mothers at least responded to the children already born, though? The children all gather to dance, to play tag, what if when those games popped up, the nursing mothers just moseyed on over there to keep an eye on them? Or perhaps the children could gather around the nursing mother for story time?
What I have in mind is as such - at a certain tech level, the builders are able to cut down a mighty tree, and then hew it into boards. The boards are then used to build a fishing pier into a previously inaccessible area. After cutting the tree into boards, they discover that there is a trail behind the tree, and that they can capture and domesticate wild animals, but before they do so, they must use the leftover boards to build a pen (which must be kept up and cared for).
I like it when one event or occurrence leads into another one, instead of having them all separate.
Also, a lot of people are clamoring for a mini game... I was thinking that perhaps there could be a sort of mosaic game, where you either take objects you have discovered on the island, or that are just standard, and arrange them into patters, like a mosaic. Then, you could take a screenshot, like in PT. I was then hoping that that screenshot could actually be integrated into the game itself, turned into a mosaic on a wall they discovered, or the floor of the gathering area. It would be fun, creative, and add another level of interactivity to the game.

I think in the women shouldnt have such manly jobs. Maybe they could be nurses, teachers, and/or work at a daycare for the little energetic children can find something productive or more fun to do.

I don't want my women relegated to second class jobs. I like that they can do everything the men can (plus some hehe).
