So, I was working on some of my elders becoming Esteemed Elder, and then, all of a sudden, my first Esteemed Elder is someone who is 38 years old, and who I wasn't really working on at all! I didn't know they could be so young! Anyone else make them this young?

Also, when making stews, is there a certain type of villager it'll benefit more if they make it (healer, farmer, etc). I mean, if they'll improve at a certain skill more?

It's true that 38 years old is very young but it's possible!

There is a stew that makes the villagers exercise so they can improve in building. It's the only one, I think!
