Are you running the setup program on your Stellar? If so, that's the problem. The setup program is designed to run on your PC and use ActiveSync to install it to your Windows Mobile device. If you are unable to use that method, you can request the CAB files using the same support form that you submitted already. Keep in mind, however, that this is not only a weekend, but Easter weekend, so response may be slower (we are a very small team and don't have people working around the clock, 7 days a week).
