Can anyone else tell me if they are having the same problem? I am playing VVI and I have already cleared all the rocks that make the lagoon possible. The villagers have all swam in the lagoon already. However, if I place a villager back up where the rocks used to be, they will start clearing rocks again. Is this supposed to be happening? Thanks...
