Hello VV Fans

I am new to the game. I have been playing about 2 weeks and have solved 12 of the 16 puzzles. I am at the point where the only puzzles left depend on the "special person" on the island. How do I know who this person is? What if they have already died? I have 90 people on my island. Nothing new is happening. I have had twins and triplets still nothing. Help!;)
