Do you think its easier for hte villagers with skill to understand there job such as farming so once they do the job and go back and do it again on there own?

The most they have skills in a job the most they are efficient in it. And, if you don't select any task for them, they do the one where they are the best!! (A little bit as us in real life, in fact!! )
Kids don't work. If you have a villager who is old enough to work and has a lot of skill in a certain profession, then that villager will tend to work that profession whether you have it selected or not in their details. But as far as kids are concerned, they don't work so they don't follow that rule. Like a real child, they need the parent (guiding hand) to tell them to do stuff.

about the healing i never knew the kids could actualy do that at all, so you can take just a 2 year old and bring them to a sick person and heal weird.
I have a question about the kids. Do they ever learn to pick mushrooms on their own, or do you ALWAYS have to make them do it? Because, so far, I have ALWAYS had to make them do it. They won't do it on their own, even if they see the darn thing!
Well, that's annoying. It would be nice if they could do something for themselves, besides dancing, and exploring. I mean, if they're exploring anyway, shouldn't they be able to come across the mushrooms on their own? *sigh*
