i can't get my registration code to work... i bought it back on the 5th of july, and when it didn't work on my palm, i e-mailed the address given in the e-mail that was sent containing my registration code. after not getting a response from that, i proceded to fill out the form here 3 times, and i have yet to have an e-mail sent to me. i don't have any spam filters on that e-mail address... so i know it wasn't blocked, and my e-mail works perfectly well... i was wondering if you could help...
i'm running a zire 72...
and i just accidentally discovered the 7th fish but it can't live without environment research... so if i can get the registration to work soon... i won't be able to get that fish...

Those kinds of problems usually occur as a result of a typo in submitting your owner name. If you'll fill out the support form, making sure to include your fallback code, you'll get the help you need.

how about how long does it take for them to reply. and how long does it take to make your grown or adult?

You will usually get a response in less than 24 hours - most of the time it's faster than that. It's important to make sure that you double-check the form for accuracy (and especially the owner name and email address) before you submit the form. You'd be amazed at how many times emails bounce back when LDW tries to contact people who have asked for support.

we generally try to reply within 24 hours of receiving the email. If you don't hear from us after 48 hours, feel free to send us again the email. Make sure you have spelled correctly your email and have allowed email from LDW.com in your spam filters.
