Last night my villagers (ona new game) had a 7-year old, plus 3 women nursing.

This morning, I had 1 14-year old and 3 2-year olds. I hadn't noticed before that it takes these vilalgers 6-7 years to nurse a child!

The game doesn't always behave the same way when it's off, compared to when it's actually running. What probably happened is that your nursing babies weren't "weaned" until you launched the game in the morning. That would account for the difference in relative ages between the child you already had and the babies that were nursing.

The 2-year-old's ages will be adjusted to the correct age as the game updates itself.
