:DHi all,...i love the game and really like the ideas you guys have!,.. i can,t wait for #3! would real love it if the new game could some how tie together the other 2,...like travel by boat to the other side of the island ,..or go through the cave,...really courious as to what it would be like to explore it! would be cool if the kids could have pets,..maybe catch one of those parrots or a monkey?

The parrots could be easier to catch, but monkeys gather more food and gather collectibles.

I like how an elderly person can contribute to babymaking , but it makes the game too easy. I think that once a villager becomes elderly (around 50), they cannot have a baby unless it was adopted by an elderly female(real mom dies, the baby has to nurse, so Dad can't take care of it), in which case, the child will have three parents shown: dad on the left, stepmom in the middle, mom on the right.

With all due respect, 50 is not elderly.

I've got it! Have a button or check item that will enable you to have the kids automatically pick up the collectibles and mushrooms--after having picked up one with the help of the "Guiding Hand". That way, for those of us that like the challenge, we don't have to have the kids able to do it themselves. But, those that want to, can check the box. That would be nice when I go to bed and keep the game running. Won't lose out on those technology and food points.
