Okay I hope I am not doing a repost of another thread.

I have been reading alot of the VV3 stuff and think I have afew ideas of what might be in VV3. I want to get all of your ideas too.
1- so far we have seen 2 different screen shots (I havent figured out how to post pics yet, so I can put them up)
2- in one of the forums I think it was Carla said their would still be a fire pit

So lets speculate here!!!!!!!!!!! SORRY ABOUT THE SPELLING I SUCK AT IT!

I think there will be villagers in this one (male, female and babies). I think those villagers will have to catch/harvest food, do RnD, and build buildings. I also think the kids will be able to do some stuff the adults can not due.

Hmm if the fires still there then maybe new stews! With new effects! *Think of a "Everyone Fish" Stew!*

I think it might show why there was treasure in the first game.

Maybe not, VI! All seven villagers are visible in the screenshots of the game, and there are no kids. Perhaps the villagers in VV3 don't have any children?

You could be right Mr. Palmer. But that would mean you will have to work really fast to get everything done before they die.

But I still stand my prediction!

If there is no kids at the beginning, I suppose that the villagers will have to do them! At least to survive!!

I'm surprised no one has thought that perhaps this screenshot is from a while into the game.... all of the kids are of working age, but there haven't been any new children born.

Of course there will be kids, even if you must breed them yourself.

I think maybe it`ll show that the original people the came from the part of Isola in VV2 went to attack the tribe in VV1 and they wrote that they where going there in the vine wall.

There was a random event like that in VV2.

Maybe that snapshot was taken later in the game when all children had grown up.

the tech points are at 99 and the food is at 60. It is most likely the very very beginning of a new game.

Maybe there is 1 child ; the boy in blue and orange. Maybe he just looks older than he is. I usually confuse older children with 14+.

Good point! I mean, the others we can specifically tell that they are working, but there's nothing to suggest that the person you're talking about is working!

i think that there will be a special person.

If it is like the Golden child, no thank you... Unless he stops holding parties and grows up to be an adult.

VV3 i hope that some of the children can do some of the things adults can do now. and the adults should just kiss and go inside sometimes a broken down shack and come out with a baby. they should at least be in there for a while AND get the shack fixed before they go in. lol sry this is so long XD... anyways there should be a school or babysitter for any age like from 2-12 so they can get some skills up before they become a teen-adult.

The progress bar turned to ninety percent recently . If I was a villager, I wouldn't even see VV3 .

When I started this thread I was kind of hopping we could get one of the LDW crew to make a comment.
If they go along the same lines as they have with VV1 & 2 then i'll be the missing kid is down by the water or it found a place to pee AGAIn

But in the screenshot there is a kid. The baby the lady with the red hair is holding and the little blonde boy hanging on to the blonde lady. And if you count all of them, it still adds up to 7 people.

Yah. The artist, though good, uses quite a bit of 'artistic licence' for his opening pictures, of which the pictures of the storm and of the dark cave/room are two. I'd rely more on the screenshots of the actual game, if I were you.

I think there will be a reascreach table.

Have no babies....humph.well then that would make no sense! Think about this; ( men+women=babies, or the babies could be in an inside nursery).. just a wild guess. if not babies who would collect the goodies? ( stones, shells,ect)

Something that people seem to be over looking when looking at the screen shot....

1.. We were told that the play area would be bigger (I think, at least I know I read something to that effect)

2.. That screen shot is only of one small section of the map.. it's not a Map screen shot

3.. We definitely need ANOTHER screen shot.

We can see there are new actions though

Cole, arnie posted that comment on March 3, when we only had the first screenshot which showed only adults. Carla didn't put up the new screenshot with the child until April 2.

[/quote]Guys, I think that the "lab" screenshot and the "not feeling well" screenshot are from two different games. The "lab" screenshot has 7 people and the other one has 8. That means there should only be one new person in the other one, but you don't recognize either the blonde or the child. (Unless of course, there was one of those events that made her "not feel herself", but I think it is two different games.

I think it start out at 7.

In VV1 you has 6 villagers: 2 men, 3 women and a child.
In VV2 you has 7 villager: 1 men, 1 women and 4 child.

It might be possible that they start out at 8.

How many anonymous users would come if VV3 are released?

This sounded kind of wierd. This thread had suggestions for a new game (that arthur wouldn't say what) and it was made before 2007. The first post on this page had an idea of a boatload of villagers rowing away and starting a new village somewhere else. Maybe that is where ldw got the idea for VV3 - well you know, the rowing away on a raft and starting a new village. Not sure if that is what happens at the start of vv3. Just a thought...

I read somewhere that they kind of had the first three mapped out when they made the first one. That is why the cave is so interesting. It shows what will be in the others, like the waterfall.

I read that somewhere too. Here's hoping they've mapped out VV4, VV5, VV6.......well you get the idea!

HEY, remember the screenshot of the lab, how it said they were cleaning up. Well, obviously they got rid of that because its not in my VV3 game.

Villagers will 'clean up after the rain', and I think the lab is one of the places they'll do so.

But no, there isn't any general sprucing-up outside of laundry, far as I know.

I reckon that was an exercise in misdirection.

Either that, or it was in early versions of the game but taken out before release.
