I have tried since 2/28 to get a conformation for buying VV2, and also to find out. I did not write down my activation key and had installed it on my work computer but want to play at home also is this not possible to get the key again? I ahve sent 4 emails now with no response at all.

Can anyone help with this?

It is very possible. For the fastest response you should submit a support request here. I sure Carla will reply quickly with your key. That is of course if you purchased the program from the Last Day of Work web site. If it was purchased from another site, you will have to get the key from them.

Hope this helps.

Yes, you can run the game on both your work computer and your home computer with the same key. \:\)

We respond promptly to support requests. Unfortunately, there are many ISPs that block email from LDW before it can even get to a spam or junk folder. If that's happening in your case, we can find another way to get your key to you. If you send a support form with your forum name, we can send you a Private Message here, if you ask to be contacted that way.

Please let me know if you haven't received your key within 24 hours, and I'll check into it for you. Carla is on vacation this week, so I want to make sure that you're getting the help you need.

There should be a flashing envelope graphic next to My Stuff at the top of the forum list whenever you have an unread private message waiting. Some browsers don't always display it, however, so you can always check your messages by clicking My Stuff, then My Messages to see what's there. \:\)
