Sorry to be thick, how do I send a private message to ladycfii or tigger4will? The Send a Private Message button doesn't seem to work!

I respond to every request for help that I receive, and I rarely take longer than 2 hours to respond to PMs (most of the time it's a lot less, unless I'm asleep). Yes, I do sleep!
