It is kinda weird, but one thing you should know (I think this is right ) is that she will continue to carry that baby until she turns the age she was when the gong granted youth.

Poor little Sake, look how long she has to carry that baby around and the baby is almost as big as Sake I wonder if Motherhood wil be added to her Dislikes!!

That happened to me with the same villager Coral twice with a baby, I did not have a screen pic of her as this happened when I did not know about taking screen shots at the time. I'm well into the game and it does not effect any of my villagers any more when it grants youth.
