I rang the gong of wonder as I usually do each day and it granted youth. Here's the result:  Has anyone had this happen before? It was kinda creepy at first...

It is kinda weird, but one thing you should know (I think this is right  ) is that she will continue to carry that baby until she turns the age she was when the gong granted youth. Admins, please correct me if I'm wrong!!

Poor little Sake, look how long she has to carry that baby around and the baby is almost as big as Sake  I wonder if Motherhood wil be added to her Dislikes!!

WOW! Out of curiosity, can she carry other things, like the collectables? I think she's quite literally got her hands full with the baby! The answer is no; she acts just like any other nursing mother in VV, and does nothing but nurse the baby. In her case, though, she's got to do it for 2,646 minutes! Less, of course, the time since Merryanna took that screen shot.
