I have been lurking around and reading many of your posts -- and I have received so much help from the topics! I have played VV and VV2 and also Plant Tycoon. My PC crashed and I recently re-installed everything and have started fresh games

How do you choose your names (both for the Tribe & the Villagers)?

My interests lie in *natural* things... stones and minerals, referrences to elements, celestial bodies, and even days of the week and months...

that list must have taken you a while ! there are a lot of good choices . people also go to baby name web sites to come up with new ones. have fun playing.

I really enjoyed reading your lists of names, MissA. I have never used anything for names or for the choice of island name. I guess I'm so eager to play.

TMac ~ Hello It didn't take too long... I just went to different websites listing various names of different types and copied what I liked most

QuickStorm ~ Thank you I have not changed any names for the VV1 game... I just don't enjoy it as much as VV2, maybe because I played VV2 first. I like having a "theme"

Sorry, I didn't read all the topic because I didn't have so much time :P
But I've ever used 3 or 4 names for all of them.
I called the first male villager Kaito (My first Master Scientist *.*), his son Kaito II, his grandson Kaito III etc etc, but only if they had the same face of Kaito :P

Good morning. I'm new to the forum too and very new to computers as well. I got this one for Xmas. I got Plant Tycoon and VVII as well and played them nonstop. For my birthday I got myself VVI and a few of the names for my new babies are: Zinc,Burr,Quail,Lynx,Poem,Ditto and Echo.

These names are cool
Some the same as a jewel
Of fun ideas this list is consisted!

I hope that Miss A
Would not be dismayed
If I were to use some of those listed!
