Oh, okay. So the more Elders you have, the better your rankings. Got it. I seem to have trouble with my villagers. I try to get them to elder status, but they tend to keep going back to one of the things they mastered in or they die when they're very close to becoming elders LOL. I'll get there eventually, I guess. I'm not very observant most of the time though. I kept trying to figure out who the new Elder was, so I went through the detail screen to see who had three bars full. Then I noticed that when you grab a totem, it tells you whose it is. LOL. I guess I need to pay closer attention to small details like that.
