do they have a recipe to help inprove their skills

not exactly.. but theres a stew that helps ALL people (yes even children) in their building skills, either discover it yourself or , help yourself in here

there are recipe to improve the health, that is helpful to improve the skills!!
and also when they make exercice that helps for buiding!

not about skills, there is none! but about exercise and to exercise may gives some building skills!
