1) when some female are select as parent, if there is an Alpha Male, they all chose him to embrace! So he is every time "waiting for somebody" instead of working!! It's the only manner to know it!

2) There is an Event every 24 hours, maybe a little less. If your tribe is in Pause so there is none.

3)I don't think that the villager's occupation has any effect to his voice!!!
