Yes, the glitches you mention have all been mentioned on the forums before. Usually (but not always) the 'carrying an object around' glitch happens shortly after the game has been started after having been off for a while. Probably the funniest is the nursing mothers carrying around a fish instead of a baby!

The villagers getting caught up in a loop in a few places is also a glitch. It only applies when the game is running; when the game is off they should find their way about without problems. There is an update expected at some time that it is hoped with address some (if perhaps not all) of these minor issues.
