I have completed all the research, there's tons of food (until my next "mighty storm"), plenty of people and still puzzles 10-12 are unsolved. I've dragged people repeatedly around the island and don't see any other things they can act on, except that darn boulder which won't budge. I don't want to cheat but is there anything else that happens at this point, or am I just watching my little villagers live out their lives without discovering anything else? Thanks!

well, as you said, there are still three puzzles left so there are more things to do.
Just a suggestion, but keep breeding and you should be on the right track!

There are (obviously) still things to do. In addition to the puzzles that remain, Island Events will continue to happen, bringing new "happenings" to the village. If you're really stuck and want some hints, check out the topic near the top of this forum entitled "Help with the puzzles" and you will see how to get all the help you need! You can ask for a nudge in the right direction, or detailed solutions.

We don't put solutions to the puzzles in the forum because people have asked us not to, even if we tag it as a spoiler.

Thanks Michelle. I actually discovered the Golden Child today. . .can't wait for him to grow up to see if he can do anything cool, like move that darn boulder! LOL

I agree with that policy, I wouldn't want to find out what happens in the end unless I really am ready to give up!

Now I'm wondering if this game and the tycoon games are any fun to play another time around once you know how the puzzles get solved and the magic fish/plants are found!

They are definately fun the second time around!! I couldn't possibly even tell you how many times I've played Village Sim and Plant Tycoon!! I still enjoy them!

I've been playing all of LDW's games for a long time, and I'm still not tired of them. I must be on at least my 100th game of Village Sim, and there are still new challenges I can set. For example, I recently "finished" Village Sim with only 26 villagers and no deaths. I say "finished" because you can't complete one of the puzzles until somebody dies. Most people that I've chatted with in PMs have played the game several times, using different strategies and settings. The puzzles are a lot less stressful the second time around!

I've also found every species of fish there is in FT and earned over $4 million dollars. I'm working on the same thing with PT! There are lots of things to do with these games besides playing them through once!
