Folks i would like you to join me in the mourning of the loss of my 3 tribes, one of which was around 5600 hours old. Don't know what has happened to my game but it is refusing to open and appears to be corrupted. I am absolutlely devastated :?:?

All may not be lost. There is still a chance to recover your tribes by following the procedures in this answer in our Support FAQ. <fingers crossed>

Praying for you BB --- I know there are ways that you can get to your saved game files, I'm corssing my fingers with LadyCFII ... do you also have a roll-back feature on your computer for a backup of the day you lost them?

Early on in my game something "sneezed" in the system and I was able to get my Rainbow tribe back. Keep up the hope!! Keep us informed!!!

I'm so happy i could cry!!!!!!!!!! I decided to give it one more go before i uninstalled, re-downloaded and started from scratch and to my delight and surprise here were my wee villagers back from computer land!!!!!!!!! I was so scared that they would all have died due to my neglect of the past week but apart from one tribe being half its size the other 2 are still going at full pelt. i'm sure it won't take me long to get my depleted tribe back to normal. I wish i knew how i got them back incase it ever happens again lol!
