Wow what a day my villagers are having what with 8 of them abandoning me never to b seen again.

Then the gong granted youth making my village doctor 6yrs old again,and it wasn't even him who rang the gong in the first place! This poor boy, named Bonk has had a rough few days yesterday he hit his head and forgot his name, hence why he is called Bonk. Anyway as an apprentice doctor he was still able to heal people which was fab and firstly i thought it was just him. Then i accidently dropped another child on a sick villager and he 2 has now become an apprentice doctor. Anyway my point is, in all my hours playing vv2 i had no idea children were able to heal the sick as well as adults

Yes I always try to use the kids - that way they are trainee or apprentice docs when able to work
I also use the stews and then the kids to heal!!!

Gee, I guess I'll never stop learning new things about these games (at least I hope I don't).

If the kid has no skill i unsualy make them docs with a certain thing but alas all my kids are either farmers or scientists now LOL!

Ok, now you've REALLY got my curiosity up! Are you seriously implying that there's a way to make doc's similar to the way to make master parents in a short time????????

Yep u drop one of ur kids on a sick villager and they are able to heal!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant believe it took me almost 6000 hours of play 2 find this out but at the same time love that after all this time there are still new things to discover!!!!!!!! Can't wait til vv3

A good way to test this and use it is when you get an event that affects the health of your villagers. Instead of waiting for one or two healers (make sure they get plenty of practice too though) you can speed up the process of healing by using the children.

Remember when you hear someone SNEEZING, that is alerting you to the fact that someone is ALREADY getting healing -- a doctor is already administering help ... but COUGHING on the other hand, is a call for help.

Bedbuga, your retrogressed doctor will probably be a master healer by the time he's 20! I also have used a certain thing to get healers trained quickly, but if you have any other healers present, you have to use it on them first, or they'll get in your way.

I only found out children could heal when all the adult villagers were sick and I tried dragging a child onto a sick villager, first shaking his head and said no in adult voice, I thougt wow its' acting like an adult. thinking healing was work. So now I know they heal as well as pick mushrooms.
