When will it be absolutely positively too late to make VV3 suggestions? Or maybe still make suggestions, but will not be included in VV3. Since VV3 is 90% complete at the moment, I'd say it's too late now. Still, there's no reason why suggestions can't still be made; they might be included in VV4!

I like the idea of having warriors to defend your village. That would be fun and keep the games more active.Maybe the stakes could be they kidnap people and you can raid back to save them or for food. Attacks shouldn't be incredibly frequent though.I also think it would be really fun to have season. Sometimes it could rain a lot and sometimes snow. Children could start " playing in rain" or "having snowball a fight." I don't like the idea of wars or defending the village!!! This isn't bloody counter strike!!!

I agree. There are plenty of games with warlike themes. Get Civilization or similar if you want them, but let's leave Isola a peaceful place!

I concur arnie... there are so many warlike games out there that Virtual Villagers is a breath of fresh air. Let's keep the peace on Isola... And Gamey, you're right. The folks at LDW have worked so hard to keep their games at an E level that there is no way they are going to destroy their hard work by adding anything into Virtual Villagers that has to do with war.

You'd think this forum would be locked by now. But if I were a designer, I would still concider ideas even at this date.

I don't like the idea of battles either... not in VV. If you want to play a game where you defend your civilization against intruders, you might want to try something like Oasis.
