I have played before and have never had a problem making a scarecrow but for some reason this time it wont let me do it. I am using my Master Builder and I have level 2 farming, engineering, and science. Every time I take him to the twisted vines it tells me confused it is not clear to this villager what to do. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

It may be because you don't need of a builder but (highlight for spoiler) an adept farmer!!(end of spoiler). I suppose than before your builder had the 2 skills
