My scientists keep getting distracted, I swear I have a village full of ADD adults! LOL
They keep trying to water the patch, push the boulder or are curious about the ruins. I know I need more tech points to get higher farming etc before they can do anything with these puzzles so why are they getting so distracted I have a long way to go to get the right amount of tech points...

When they check something out, it is part of their research. They don't necessarily have to be at the table to do research.
