I agree with the following things.
1. Weather.
2. More events.
3. Mothers getting more points in parenting
4. Animals
5. Others (like dads) taking care of babies, or having a daycare

I would also like to submit these ideas.
1.Have marriages and can only have kids with your wife or husband
2. Bigger poulation
3. More puzzles
4. Can change villager's hairstyle
5.More religous ceremonies and such

These next ones I think have already been said, but I'm not sure
1. a toilet
2. night and day
3. hunting
4. can choose if babies are girls or boys
