My Adept Doc wants to heal the dead. He walks up to the remains and kneels down and the message comes up that he's trying to heal them. He even gets points for this. Of course, they are not brought back to life, but I can't move him off this course of action. I have to wait until he decides to give up.

Because I have such an acute sense of the obvious, I suspect that this is a flaw in the software.

I'm using a Palm T3 and the game runs on the installed memory, not on the card. I have fewer than 20 villagers, and L2 in most of the techs.

But, if it were a Caribbean Island and the Sims were from the area, then perhaps it could be a new game ah, feature. A Super Master Doc (you could call him Poppa Doc -- get it? ); could heal the dead, and they would rise up as Zombies. A small cadre of these guys could fish all night and day! You're villagers will never have to worry about food again! Of course living villagers would have to know to stay away from them -- or risk being turned into Zombies themselves. Heck, the way I'm playing this game, having an island of Zombies would at least get me to 25 villagers.

That's definately an interesting angle to the game!

I love the Papa Doc moniker!

Just wait until later in the game when you have 45+ villagers. They will all want to water the crops simultaneously. Someone called them "Zombie Crop Waterers" in a series of posts a couple of months ago.

Well, I've a long way to go before I get 45 'agers. I've got nearly everyone on Construction patrol because I can't make any more babies (pop:25) but no one is building.
