I wanted to post a screen shot here, but my connection is so slow it keeps locking up every time I try.

I have a villager Hong IV who at 10 years old, is listed as an apprentice in Research where he already has enough skill to be a master; Building where he is way high on the bar and will be a master very soon; and as a parent where he has nearly enough to rate as an adept.

I hadn't really noticed him before, I was just scrolling thru to see if any one was sick etc when his bars caught my eye.

I'll definately have to keep an eye on him since he'll very likely be my youngest elder ever.

Who knows? He may be the 1st of my villagers to actually master all 5 skills. I certainly hope so!

Just checked on Hong IV again. He's 14 now, and sure enough already a master scientist/master farmer/adept parent AND trainee farmer/trainee healer!

I really have great hopes for him. I'll make sure he's an elder at 18 (you all know how that will be done //grin//.

p.s. I really don't know how he gained such skill at such a young age. He hasn't drunk any vials that I recall. Maybe the gong did it but It hasn't granted anything but food/tech & tonight it took tech away. As the newest/youngest elder Hong IV got to ring it.

i had an elder at age 14 , his name was Alohi, he mastered healing while he was a child and then the gong granted him wisdom and became master scientist, then i had an event where he got full farming it was the pearl event, he had become elder

Awesome! That's probably the record. Did you pay attention to what he did when he grew up? I'm determined to make Hong IV master all 5 skills even if I bore him to death with fishing and studying plants.

Well, if anybody's still following this, at the ripe old age of 42, ol' Hong IV finally mastered healing. He is now a master of all 5 skills! YEAH!!!!!!!!
