How about speech bubbles for the villagers similar to Fish Tycoon and Plant Tycoon.

Speech bubbles can show if the villagers is sick, unhappy or even if there is something that they dislike.

I think that this will be TOO MUCH!It will make the game ugly!

.....besides there is enough info for the villagers when you click on them!
It shows everything:if they are sick,if they are arguing, chatting etc.

I would like to see a database style list of all my villagers so I can checkmark skills "on the fly" instead of going "checkmark", "next" "checkmark", "next" "checkmark", "next" "checkmark", "next". Sometimes you need to put everyone on a certain task like food or research. To just scroll through a list would be wonderful.

Also, I think it would be neat to have a hotkey I can press to call a villager to the center of the village. Say I need a doctor but that doctor is researching with half the village. It would be nice to select that person in details, go back the village, hit a key, and call that person out of the crowd so I can make them do what needs to be done for the greater good of the village.

Those would be awesome additions.

I think the database style list has been mentioned before and got very favorable responses from forumers.

The hotkey idea would be SO useful. I have spent several minutes culling through huge groups of scientists trying to get at the villager I need before, and sometimes I get to dragging them off and forget who I was originally looking for!

It would also be useful for finding the pesky kids who are so good at hiding when you need them!

Regarding the Builders:

They need more to do!! Once you have built the huts, dams etc, there is no point in training up more builders. I think that it would be cool to see storms that show actual damage to huts (Sort of like how debris washed up on the shore in VV1), or that huts fall into disrepair after a certain amount of time.

Farmers:

What about having cattle pens, sheep, pigs etc? Maybe you could have farmers that cultivate flower gardens etc.

Doctors:

They could grow medicinal herbs too

Cooler secrets:

I think that it would be exciting to have the villagers stumble upon some sort of passage way that is blocked. You could have the villagers remove the blockage and stumble upon and open up a whole new area! All new huts, stores, temples etc. to be rebuilt! THe sky is the limit!!

It really bothers me that a blond villager having a child with a brunette creates a red-headed child. Apparently, from my perspective, LDW doesn't know very much about biology and genetics. Red heads in the real world are their own gene, not some kind of blond-brunette cross breed.

Anyone here heard that thing about red-heads going extinct in about 100 years? If the world had those totally \:\? \:\? \:\? VV genetics, than that would mean that either blonds or brunettes would also be going extinct.

I wish for in VV3, blond and brunette together produce either dark blond or maybe light brown. I'm not an expert on genetics by the way, but at least I know that a blond/brunette combo isn't a red head. \:\) \:\) \:\) \:\)

Has anyone here noticed that some of the clothes make the villagers look fat? Ya know, it would be cool if villagers could actually become fat if they eat too much. \:D \:\? They could also die young and have heart attacks or strokes. \:8

The redheads can be bred different ways so that you can have a redheaded child or tribe without having to start that way.

No, I cannot say that I have noticed dresses making people look fat. I think some are more elegant than others. Some are more retro 80's, but I don't think they make a villager look \:\/ "fat". \:\/

I totally think that the purple dress that has the jagged asymmetrical hem makes the women look heavier! LOL
