Has anyone got an original VV village running still? I have got two, but one of them only has the Golden Child in it! He still creates food, berries etc, but I think the game has assumed it is over with the rest of the villagers dying, cos nothing ever happens! There are no crates washing up on the shore anymore, no island events to be had. Is my Golden Child going to die or will he just go on for ever on his own? I was kinda hoping a crate would wash up with a 'couple of giggling infants' but its not looking like its gonna happen!
But I am soooo looking forward to VV3, its gonna be great!

Provided you have still got adult villagers alive you should get events happening. They should occur roughly every 24 hours or each time the game is opened if less frequently.

A village with just the GC, though, won't have any new events at all as he is only five, not an adult, and doesn't grow up. He'll just carry on throwing parties and so on on his own, I'm afraid.
