We should have some people who don't work to make sure that the food isn't being eatin to quickly so they can go fish or farm to bring it back up, and also to build buildings and other structures quicker.And lastly we should be able to designate a specific villager to be "Tribe Leader" So they can keep things going until you get back.
And we need more poses for ther villagers. (Because the old poses are getting, well old.)
