Hello, just installed vv2, and found out the verson is 1.00 and I think someone had 1.00b ?

Downloaded again, and it's 1.01.05

Is there a significant differance? I downloaded vv2 last weekend and it is v 1.00 but it takes me so dreadfully long to download that I don't want to do it unless there's a major update or fix. It took almost 5 hours to do it the first time, since most of the time I can only connect at about 26.4 and sometimes even less.

Poor Rockmower... I feel for you. It would drive me absolutely bonkers if i had to give up my high speed connection. Even sometimes now I think it moves too slow. I want it and I want it like yesterday!!! LOL.

yeah, it drives me nuts sometimes especially if I need to download something. That's why I wanted to know if there has been a significant change in the update. If so, I'll go ahead and redownload, but it would be better if I could just download a patch with the updates. Hey Barb, if you're reading these what's the answer?

The differences are probably not worth the download time.

So, how do you know which version you have?? >_<

Look in the lower left corner of the menu screen. Bear in mind that if you decide to download a newer version, it must be downloaded from the same game site where you originally made your purchase. Failure to do so can result in anything from losing your savegame files to your game reverting to a demo (becoming unregistered).

I just downloaded the new version. I thought I'd wasted my time for a moment as the release notes still refer to v. 1.01.03. The number in the menu screen shows as 1.01.05, though. To confuse things even more, the filename is VV2setup1_00.exe!
